• Provide consultations either online or over Zoom to discuss your needs and wants.
• Arrange showings according to your schedule.
• Attend Open Houses with you if it makes you feel more comfortable.
• Discuss our "Buyer's Guide" with you so you know exactly what to expect.
• Write offers and/or counter offers on your behalf, based on your criteria.
• Offer our best real estate advice to you based on your personal situation.
• Promise to represent you as the buyer only.  We do not act as both buyer and seller agents for the same property.
• We are happy to offer you transportation to and from home viewings if needed.
